Do not work with this business. I own a small business and East Coast Renovations committed to a project with a mutual customer which they were not competent enough to complete, so they subcontracted my company to finish their project. We completed the work, and now they are completely ghosting us on paying the invoice. I’ve called and sent numerous emails and texts. I have read receipts on the emails so I know they are going through, and nothing but crickets for a month now. I have given them every opportunity to get this worked out privately but they won’t even pick up the phone. One star is generous.
