Dr. Mary Runkle-Weimer is an Ohio native who completed her undergraduate degree at Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio where she graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She received her doctor of medicine degree from Wright State University College of Medicine where she was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. She completed her transitional year residency at Kettering Hospital in Kettering, Ohio and her ophthalmology residency at Indiana University in Indianapolis, Indiana prior to completing a pediatric ophthalmology and strabismus fellowship at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center.
