I have been providing nutrition therapy and education in the Raleigh area since 2008, both in private practice and at Rex Surgical Specialists Bariatric Specialty Center. I have worked with weight‑loss surgery patients for most of my career. I am passionate about facilitating group classes, leading grocery store tours, and hosting cooking demonstrations, and I love building relationships with my patients to help them achieve their long‑term health goals. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family by the water.
