I’m a firm believer that everyone has the resolve within to overcome personal struggles and achieve overall wellness. The process starts by establishing rapport and trust with clients and then using a variety of individualized approaches to help them hear that ever-important inner voice and begin to work through their issues.

Adult mental health and substance abuse are my specialty areas. I have always had a genuine interest in people’s well-being and I enjoy being a counselor as it allows me the chance to help others in need.
