I'm a local real estate agent and was introduced to Mark when he was referred to my client by her friend. I'm always a bit weary when working with new lenders but Mark quickly proved to be professional, reliable, and extremly responsive. My client needed a quick close and he was able to make that happen with no problem. He has since become my favorite local, go-to lender and we have closed many deals together.
