She holds a Bachelor's of Science in Biology from the University of North Georgia and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants. Prior to joining Piedmont, Marissa served at the VA New Mexico Healthcare System, where she provided comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for veterans in both urgent care and emergency settings.
