Dr. Maria Mihailescu is a board-certified dermatologist specializing in surgical dermatology, skin cancer care, and cosmetic treatments. She provides patient-centered, evidence-based care tailored to each individual’s needs. Dr. Mihailescu earned her medical degree from the University of Chicago and completed her dermatology residency at Rush University Medical Center, where she served as Chief Resident. She is currently pursuing an ASDS Cosmetic Dermatologic Surgery Fellowship and remains actively involved in clinical research.
