Margot Laedlein, MSN, APRN, is a pediatric nurse practitioner specializing in pediatric neurology who is passionate about caring for infants, children, and adolescents. Margot feels that while upfront this process may take more time, it is invaluable in caring for children with complex neurologic or multisystem disorders. Developing effective treatment plans means working collaboratively with the entire treatment team. The child's parents and primary care provider are the center of that team.

Margot is also a nurse care coordinator for the Medical Home Initiative working with children and adolescents with special health care needs. She enjoys collaborating with colleagues in the community who offer a variety of perspectives and share the mission of providing care coordination and resources to children and families.
