The occupied renovation project included deconstructing the existing elevator and renovating the shaft to install a new elevator that meet all Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards as well as adding an accessible restroom on the main floor.

The Lincoln Center Performance Hall renovation was updated in celebration of their 40 year anniversary. The renovation project included removing the seats that were original to the 1978 opening of the facility and replacing them with modern theater seats with cup holders. The project also included new carpet and epoxy concrete flooring and new light lock vestibule construction on the mezzanine. In addition, a custom design-built audio/visual cable management system and modern LED egress aisle lighting system was installed.
