Mānalo Lounge at Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina offers contemporary Pan-Asian cuisine in a relaxed beachfront setting overlooking Kohola Lagoon and the Pacific Ocean. The name translates to "sweet water" in Hawaiian, celebrating where Oahu's fresh mountain streams meet the ocean. Executive Chef Joseph Rose draws inspiration from across Asia and the Pacific, featuring dishes from Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Hawaiian and Filipino traditions with locally sourced seasonal ingredients. Signature offerings include, A5 Wagyu Hot Stone, Yakitori Skewers, Miso Yuzu Black Cod and our signature Toasted Rice Ice Cream dessert.
