Their salesperson, Mike Powers, blatantly lied to us about availability when we purchased our hot tub.
Spoke to Diana, the GM, who tells me "we all have lawyers" and made no attempt to rectify the actual issue, instead, she does what they do to all their trouble clients, and cancelled my order. AFTER we spent about $7K on the pad and electrical. Stay FAR AWAY!
