Maeci Armstrong is a registered dietitian nutritionist with clinical expertise in general
nutrition, specializing in the management of Type 2 Diabetes, weight management, and
hypertension. She is passionate about helping others cultivate a positive relationship with
food and achieve their health goals through personalized, sustainable nutrition care.

Maeci’s philosophy of care is simple yet powerful: to leave each patient feeling more
confident about improving their health through nutrition. She believes in building strong,
supportive relationships with her patients and wants every individual to know: “I am 100% on
your team! Let's work together to make your food work for you."

She earned her associate degree from Dixie State University, followed by a Bachelor of
Science in Dietetics and a Master of Dietetics Administration from Utah State University.

Outside of work, Maeci enjoys spending time with family and friends playing games and
pickleball, camping, dirt bike riding, and cooking delicious meals. She is married to her high
school sweetheart, Caleb, and they love visiting their families in Southern Utah.
