Madison Family Clinic has been serving central Kentucky since 2004. We are comprised of three certified nurse practitioners and one certified physician’s assistant waiting to meet your family’s needs. Each of our clinicians are committed to fostering the health and welfare of you and your family. We deliver this promise by taking a personal interest in administering the highest quality of care to each and every patient. You can be confident of the superior care we provide.

In recognition of the clinics efforts to protect the health of the children of Kentucky, we were awarded the Sliver Standard Performance Award from the Cabinet for health and Family Services, Department for Public Health, Kentucky Immunization Program. In 2019, Madison Family Clinic received recognition as a Patient Centered Medical Home by the National Committee for Quality Assurance. NCQA is a non-profit organization focused on assessing the quality of health care provided and has been a central figure driving improvement through the healthcare system.
