SAFE COUNSELING provides outpatient mental health assessment and therapy for teens and adults—individual, couples, family, and groups plus an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and recovery oriented support for co-occurring substance use concerns. What sets us apart is coordinated, whole person care: practical treatment plans, skills-based support, and collaboration with medical and community providers (with consent) to reduce gaps in care. We offer in-person and telehealth options, and welcome walk-ins when availability allows.
