For over 25 years, Miriam has walked alongside women on their journey to wellness, starting from a simple yet profound belief: you are not broken!

She began as a fitness instructor, where she discovered her passion for helping women feel stronger and more confident through nutrition and exercise. This led her through increasingly higher levels of healthcare—from EMT to Licensed Practical Nurse, to Registered Nurse. Driven to make an even greater impact, Miriam earned her Master's degree in Nursing from Georgetown University in 2014, specializing as a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner and Certified Nurse Midwife. Her own health challenges taught her that traditional medicine, while valuable, was just one piece of the wellness puzzle.
