I offer adult clients (18-65 yrs), psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management via telehealth visits treating depression, anxiety, ADHD, and lifestyle coaching. Bringing 20+ years experience in various healthcare roles, I view client care through a holistic, personalized, & collaborative lens. I especially enjoy working with Veterans, LGBTQ+ community, young adults and others facing life changes/ transitions as these are often difficult to navigate without support. My goal is to provide a safe space for all clients to share their feelings and concerns, by starting each session with an open mind. I am a veteran, athlete, a lover of animals & the outdoors.
