My approach to therapy is influenced by several factors including my own personal journey of faith as well as my training in counselor education, psychology, and empirically validated interventions. These interventions are based in family systems theory, attachment theory, neuroscience, and trauma resolution.

My experience working with clients, in both inpatient and outpatient settings, along with my training, allows me to collaborate with you regarding the approach or approaches that best suit your needs.

I am solution-focused and will integrate empirically sound clinical interventions along with biblical principles to help you resolve current problems or life-long patterns.
