Mackenzie graduated with her degree in nursing from Baker University at Stormont Vail in 2010. This was followed by her Masters of Science in Nursing, as a Family Nurse Practitioner, from Washburn University in 2016. She has worked for much of her nursing career in urgent care medicine. Her experiences have been in both critical access/rural areas and in urban settings as well. She enjoys working with all age groups and understands that illness does not always hit during normal business hours. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her two kiddos and her menagerie of pets, most of which are named after Disney princesses (except Bruno, but we don’t talk about that.) She looks forward to helping care for your family.
