Lynn’s Patio Shop and Casual Furnishings was established in 1978 by Lynn Franklin. Lynn knew that she could sell upscale leisure furniture at competitive prices and then service those products years after the sale. Starting small and growing steadily, Lynn went from renting retail space to buying land and building the present location in 1983. Within 3 years, another much larger warehouse was needed and built (off-location). This second warehouse was soon doubled in size as the business continued to grow.
