THE PREMIUM SKIN CLUB MEMBERSHIP INCLUDES THE CHOICE OF THE FOLLOWING EVERY MONTH: Signature HydraFacial with Dermaplane, VI Peel, Microneedling (face only), Dermaplane and ZO Peel, 10% off all retail products and 20 units of FREE Botox when you sign up. A 12 month commitment is required with a $500 cancellation fee.
