From the time I called till the job was completed it was exceptional.
Our dryer would not heat. They took their time inspecting the machine, cleaned it up, repaired, tested, it then was working great.

Los Angeles Appliance Repair Service team came out to repair our dryer the day after I called him. David gave me an estimated arrival time of 3:00-4:00, called before he came, and arrived when he said he would.

The dryer wasn't heating properly and the auto-cycle never turned off. This is a persistent problem. We had one company come out--they did some work and charged us few hundred dollars. The auto-cycle problem started immediately after they were here..

David diagnosed the problem as clogged vents and proceeded to clean the vents. We kept the outside vent clear, but the dryer has been in place 10 years, and we've never even thought about the inside vents, much less had them cleaned.

After clearing the vents, David explained the problem, He said that both the long-drying times and the auto-cycle problems were caused by clogged vents. (This indicates to me that the vents were clogged when the first fellow came out.) David said he'd done all he could, but that the vents were so clogged that we needed a vent specialist to come out and finish the process (he referred us to someone). His charge was quite reasonable and he provided much better service than the company that failed to find the problem first time around.

Our Whirlpool washer needed a new coupler. We had a company give a quote that just seemed a bit high. We spoke with David and he was able to save us $85.00. The work was done on-time. very happy that we hired them.
