I have spent 27 years in nursing including in critical care and in colleges of nursing. I being my love of teaching and neuroscience to my Psychiatric practice.

Modern medicine puts body parts in silos which means that we miss opportunities to provide a holistic approach to mental health. There is space for medicine but we also have to integrate nutrition, physical activity, sleep, and mindfulness practices to see maximum benefits.

I promise that we will consider all of the facets that impact your mental health. I will do so while communicating with the rest of your team-therapy, primary care, etc, with your permission, and with you.

I also promise to use the fewest medications at the lowest doses to achieve your goals.
