Welcome to Lockout Music Studios San Bernardino, catering to artists seeking rehearsal, recording, or teaching spaces. Each room has air conditioning and many have windows for natural light. The building features key-coded entry and 24-hour video surveillance for security.
Navigating is easy with elevators on every floor. We are accessible from major freeways, with convenient parking and a load-in area. Affordable rental rates allow bands to share rooms. Rooms range from 60 to 400 sf.
Stay connected with free Wi-Fi. All rooms are acoustically sound with ample outlets. Hourly rentals and spaces for band and DJ rehearsal, drum practice and lessons, painting, and more are available.
