The Lindon Utah Temple open house will be held Thursday, 12 March through Saturday, 11 April 2026 — excluding Saturday, April 4. Following the open house, it will be dedicated Sunday, 3 May 2026. The temple was announced on 4 October 2020 by Pres. Russell M. Nelson as the 25th temple in the state. A groundbreaking ceremony was held on 23 April 2022. Plans call for a three-story building of approximately 81,000 square feet with two equally-sized spires.
