Leslie T. Cooper, Jr., M.D., is a cardiologist and chair of the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine at Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, FL. Dr. Cooper’s clinical and research interests focuses on rare and undiagnosed cardiomyopathies, myocarditis, and inflammatory cardiac and vascular diseases such as giant cell myocarditis, cardiac sarcoidosis, eosinophilic myocarditis, and Takayasu's arteritis.
