I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with experience providing psychiatric care to children (ages 5+), adolescents, and adults across the lifespan. I have worked in both outpatient and integrated care settings, supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, mood disorders, and life transitions.

I am also a U.S. Army Veteran, which has shaped my appreciation for resilience, structure, and compassionate care.
