As a service of Lehigh Valley Hospital–Hazleton, we have the full resources of the hospital at our fingertips. Lehigh Valley Health Network’s remote patient monitoring service uses telehealth technology to record vital signs as requested by the care team. Our goal is to help you to maintain your independence, prevent any health complications and potentially minimize your personal health care costs. We also deliver skilled and compassionate hospice services to you and your loved one from the peace and comfort of your own home.
