LeAnn Neilson is a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in Hawai'i. She originally began her career as a licensed massage therapist and holistic alternative therapy specialist before earning her nursing degree in 2012. LeAnn earned her master’s and post master’s certificate in psychiatric mental health from Walden University while working in psychiatric nursing. During her time providing crisis intervention, inpatient and outpatient care here in Hawai'i, LeAnn realized how difficult it could be for patients to receive mental health treatment when needed, and seeks to fill this gap for people in the Hawaiian islands.
