The Laurel Valley Academy of Dance meets the standards of Dance Masters of America, Inc., the Cecchetti Council of America and the United States Gymnastics Federation. The dance educators at Laurel Valley Academy of Dance strive to uphold and improve upon their dance knowledge by continuing efforts in dance education. Our entire staff is certified by test to teach. Our goal is to design classes that develop proper technique in each area of dance as well as provide students the opportunity to acquire an appreciation for the art of dance in an enjoyable atmosphere. The Laurel Valley Academy of Dance offers a variety of classes to fit the needs of pre-school children through adults as well as recreational through pre-professional dancers. The Laurel Valley Academy of Dance is in its 10th year of operation and going strong. We are proud to offer a wide range of classes including Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Pointe, Acro, Lyrical, Modern, Hip Hop, Musical Theatre, Tiny Tumble as well as Pre-School and Pre-Dance Combination Classes. Our "schedule" and "course description" pages are available on our website to give you an introduction into our class offerings. We offer classes for all ages, sizes, and ability level. The Laurel Valley Academy of Dance strives to provide every dancer with a solid education in the art of dance. We offer Formal Classes in Classical Ballet; Jazz; Tap; and Hip Hop. We truly offer "something for everyone"!
