Previously, she spent 10 years in cardiac surgery, medical, surgical and cardiac ICU nursing. N.P. MacDonald graduated from Simmons University in Boston, Massachusetts with a Master’s of Science degree in Nursing.

N.P. MacDonald genuinely cares about every patient interaction she has, which she believes comes from her background in nursing. She loves to teach and values making of plan of health that works and is individualized for each of her patients and their respective needs. When not working or staying on top of the latest medical news, N.P. MacDonald loves live music, travel, and spending time with her husband, two boys and her geriatric cat.
