Dr. LaTonya R. Kelly, a native of Detroit, Michigan, earned her Bachelor's Degree from Southern University and A&M College in 1998 and her Medical Degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston in 2003. Dr. Kelly completed her residency in Family Medicine through the Louisiana State University Health and Science Center - Shreveport in Alexandria, LA in 2006. She joined The Baton Rouge Clinic's Family Medicine Department in the Fall of 2023.

Dr. Kelly has been practicing medicine for more than 15 years and is licensed to practice in the state of Louisiana. She is a board-certified Family Medicine Physician and is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Louisiana State Medical Society.

Dr. Kelly is married to her husband, Julian, and when not at the office, she enjoys traveling.
