Welcome to Laser Surgical Solutions RGV, PLLC, a full-service wound care and vascular surgery practice with offices in McAllen and Rio Grande City, Texas. We accept most health insurance plans and encourage new patients to check us out.
General surgeon John Hovorka, MD, and wound care physician Cynthia Salinas, MD, lead our practice. Both providers have extensive experience diagnosing and treating vascular problems, including lymphedema and venous and arterial disease.
People throughout South Texas visit us for complex wound care, diabetes management, and hyperbaric oxygen therapy. We also treat common circulatory problems, including varicose veins, leg swelling, leg pain, and leg cramping.
