Chad was amazing. He got our needs taken care of within 24 hours. We took in a machine that we had managed to break and ultimately we purchased a refurbished machine that was better all around anyway. Chad's communication, customer service focus, and follow through was extraordinary. We are very happy! This is also the second time we have gone to Laserline for service. You should use these folks!
