LEEP Forward is a multidisciplinary developmental pediatric clinic and therapeutic preschool in Chicago, IL. We provide relationship-based, play-based therapy and preschool programming for children with autism, developmental differences, and sensory needs. Services include ABA therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, feeding therapy, physical therapy, and social work all under one roof. Our therapeutic preschool serves children ages 35 with small class sizes and individualized support. Most services are covered by commercial insurance including Blue Cross. Serving families in Chicago's Lincoln Square, Lincoln Park, Lakeview, Bucktown, Roscoe Village, Wicker Park, South Loop, West Loop, Hyde Park, and surrounding neighborhoods.
