Kyle Haverstrom, DPM, is a board-certified podiatric surgeon with specialized training in minimally-invasive procedures, trauma, sports medicine, and orthotic management. He graduated from the University of South Florida in Tampa with both his bachelors and masters degrees; he then earned a Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine degree from Barry University in Miami. Afterward, Dr. Haverstrom relocated to Philadelphia for a three-year reconstructive foot and ankle residency at Jefferson Health Northeast Hospital.

With a talent for diabetic limb salvage and repairing high-energy trauma of the lower extremities, Dr. Haverstrom joined Evolve Health and was selected to open the groups first clinic in Pinellas County.
