Unacceptable service and little to no cleaning. They said to me that they understood the directions I had given them, which were to deep clean everything but the stove, and to focus on the bathroom, floors, laundry room, and dryer. They then proceeded to fail to do near everything I had asked for, and told you that was what I wanted. They spent 2 hours and the only thing visibly clean is the stove, which the man did. Not only was the deep clean I contracted for incomplete, but even the areas they claim they forwent the deep clean to focus on are dirty. The laundry room was disgusting--literal trash was swept under the door. The floors (including the kitchen and laundry room) had crumbs, hair, and filth on them. Finally, the bathroom was still dirty with specific hairs and areas I pointed out to them in the same condition as before this morning. I emailed with them, sent photos, and was threatened with court if I didn't pay by "tonight" (11pm). As a college student of course I would rather avoid the risk of court, which they know as I left while they were there to go to class. Literal line of lint, dirt, and paper towel was swept under my laundry door.
