Krysta Garcia, DC

Krysta Garcia, DC, is a dedicated chiropractor at Alliance Orthopedics, helping patients achieve optimal health, recover from injuries, and improve overall function. She combines spinal adjustments, soft tissue therapies, corrective exercise, and nutritional support to create individualized care plans. Her experience as a former athlete gives her a unique perspective on movement, recovery, and performance, which she applies to patients of all ages and activity levels.
Krysta attended Kean University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science, and went on to earn her Doctorate of Chiropractic at Palmer College of Chiropractic Florida, where she received the Academic Excellence Award. During her clinical training, she worked alongside functional nutritionist chiropractors, incorporating metabolic analysis and VO Max testing into patient care.
