My approach is holistic and patient-centered. When caring for you, I will consider all of your needs – body, mind and spirit. I will also listen to your ideas and input. It’s important to choose a treatment plan that fits your life and that’s why I keep an open mind about all of the options. Sometimes traditional therapies are the solution, but other times, alternative or complementary ones may be the answer.

I consider myself compassionate, approachable and very easy to talk to. I love working with people of all ages and have a real passion for helping you achieve better health.
