Being the oldest of three siblings, Kristen found a passion for caring for her younger brother and sister. She finds joy in helping people improve their mental and physical health. Kristen works with her patients to overcome obstacles to become the healthiest and happiest version of themselves. In her free time, Kristen enjoys spending time and traveling with her family, and also enjoys gardening. I enjoy getting to know patients and creating relationships with them. I aim to provide compassionate care in helping patients to navigate their individual health goals.
