We are the largest and most experienced team in the USA offering self-defense training including, Kids Krav Maga, Women's Self Defense, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and much more. We also coach our students for C2 Kickboxing (Combat Cardio Kickboxing), Combat and Fighting Skills L1, Whiplash, Short Circuit (circuit training bootcamp) which are a part of our S.P.E.C fitness programs.
