I believe my job as a family physician is to meet patients wherever they are in their healthcare journeys, to understand their wellness goals, and ultimately help them achieve those goals. I enjoy getting to know my patients throughout their lifespans and working together to achieve health and wellness.

I was drawn to family medicine because of its full scope and continuity of care: the ability to follow all members of the family throughout their lives. One of my favorite parts is practicing prenatal and obstetrical care. I also enjoy performing office procedures and have training in Osteopathic Manual Therapy (OMT), a hands-on medical therapy that helps the body heal itself by restoring balance and function.

I practice evidence-based medicine, preventative care, and follow medical society guidelines, yet I understand that each person is unique and complex. With this, I enjoy having open dialogue and personalizing care based on each individual.
