Originally from Evansville, Indiana, Dr. Condict now lives in Tipton with his wife and three children. He is the team physician for Tipton High School athletics and serves as the medical director for both orthopedics and physical medicine at Indiana University Health Tipton Hospital. Dr. Condict performs inpatient surgeries at both IU Health Tipton and IU Health North hospitals and outpatient surgeries at the Beltway Surgery Center on the north side of Indianapolis.
