It’s no secret insurance companies have really been scrutinizing roofs the past couple years. If they are old, have granule loss and missing or curling shingles you are being asked to replace them BEFORE they cause major damage to the structure.
We, as an insurance office, are no different. So, our office is having our roof replaced over the next couple days. As a result our parking lot will be tighter than usual. I apologize for the inconvenience.
