She earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Missouri University of Science and Technology in Psychology (emphasis in Cognitive Neuroscience) and her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from John Brown University.

Kelsey works with a variety of clients who are seeking help in managing depression, anxiety, stress, behavioral difficulties, trauma, and self esteem. Kelsey uses a variety of techniques including Person-Centered Therapy, Mindfulness, amongst others.
