Kelly M. Seidler, O.D. is an optometrist seeing patients at the Wilmer Eye Institute’s location in Frederick, Maryland. During her residency, she gained experience in working with various conditions including glaucoma, cataracts, diabetic retinopathy, uveitis, diplopia, optic neuropathies and dry eye.
