Kyle is a Licensed Certified Social Worker and a graduate of the University of Maryland – School of Social Work. Since 2015, he has provided outpatient psychotherapy to adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Kyle uses approaches from CBT, DBT, IFS, and mindfulness-based research to support clients with depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, and life transitions. He offers a warm, non-judgmental, and trauma-informed space to help clients explore their identity, behaviors, and goals while aligning with their deeper motivations. Kyle is committed to validating each person’s strengths and creates an inclusive environment, with a special focus on the needs of LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent individuals.
