I completed my Masters of Social Work at the University of Utah and has been licensed for over 17 years. I currently work with adolescents and adults in individual, family, and couples therapy in addition to facilitating several types of therapy groups. I help those who suffer from depressive and anxiety disorders, various types of grief and personality disorders. I work with survivors of domestic violence and more specifically those who have endured physical, sexual and emotional abuse. In particular, I am experienced with those suffering developmental and complex Posttraumatic Stress Disorder and often co-occurring substance and behavioral addictions. I work with military families in multiple settings. Some of the treatment modalities.
