I am board certified across the lifespan as Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I believe strongly in building a therapeutic relationship by providing a safe, confidential, and reliable environment for my patients. I also believe a respectful relationship is the foundation for growth. The bulk of my practice is medication management, however, I work collaboratively with other therapists and have referrals for those without. A combination of individual therapy and medication management often works best for treatment. My focus is to help my patients reach their highest potential towards a more positive and satisfying future.
