I pride myself on being authentic, empathetic and skillful at building solid therapeutic relationships with my clients. I will work with you and do my best to make you feel at ease. While I will meet you where you're at in your process, I will also urge you to challenge yourself. Change can be scary, but so is staying stuck.
I have over a decade of experience, having worked in recovery and grief support settings for those over 18.
