Founded by Julia Miller, a Registered Nurse and Certified Health and Wellness Coach with over a decade of clinical experience, this practice blends medical knowledge with compassionate, holistic support.

After living with migraines for more than 25 years, Julia understands firsthand the physical, emotional, and mental toll chronic illness can take. Through personalized coaching, she helps clients create balanced wellness plans focused on nutrition, exercise, stress management, sleep, and mindset; the essential pillars of wellness living.

Whether you’re counting illness days or celebrating the days you feel your best, Julia’s mission is to equip you with the tools, strategies, and encouragement to move toward a healthier, more empowered life.

In addition to one-on-one coaching, Julia hosts a free monthly chronic illness support group offering a safe, welcoming space to share experiences and learn from others on a similar journey.
